Paid services — custom onboarding and the growth retainer — are governed by the written agreement we sign together, which takes precedence over these terms. Pricing shown or discussed before that agreement is indicative.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or the audit tool: no scraping at scale, no submitting URLs you have no relationship with in bad faith, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kontact is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the free audit.
